December 8, 2015 Have recent events moved you to fight for Israel? Won't you act now to help us tell the truth about Israel and Dear Friend of FLAME: Just as we are trying to absorb the horror of the last few months of violence—the ongoing "knife intifada" in Israel, the Paris massacres and now the San Bernardino slaughter—major Jewish and Christian holidays are upon us. How are we to deal with our opposing emotions? On the one hand we feel anger at Islamic terror . . . and on the other we're supposed to feel joy as we celebrate our deepest spiritual beliefs. Above all, as a pro-Israel advocate, I feel deep frustration and fear at how the recent murders of innocent Israelis have been treated in mainstream media. Frankly, it makes me fighting mad. We see this second-class treatment of Israel vividly in mainstream media coverage of the "knife intifada." Article after article in the New York Times, the Guardian and other media highlight the fate of the Palestinian terrorists over that of Israeli victims. We at FLAME have regularly reported such outrageous headlines, like this one by the BBC: "Palestinian shot dead after Jerusalem attack kills two." These stories are about Islamist murderers being killed, rather than about the innocent Jews they have stabbed to death! So back to my question: How can you and I channel our anger in a way that makes sense during this season of gratitude and good cheer? I have an answer, and it's why I've dedicated myself to FLAME. As you know, FLAME has spoken out against these lies about Israel and the global jihad in hard-hitting editorials we run in national media, such as our recent hasbarah on "Palestinian Incitement to Terror." In the last 60 days we also refuted the Palestinians' lie that they are the native people of the Holy Land in our paid editorial, " Who Are the Indigenous People of Palestine?"—which offers incontrovertible proof that the Jews preceded Arabs in the region by 1,800 years. Finally, in the wake of the Paris carnage by ISIS terrorists, FLAME is now publishing a hard-hitting new message, " Paris. Jerusalem."—which makes it clear: The same sick global jihad that motivated Paris and San Bernardino attacks is also behind the latest "knife intifada" in Israel. (The media ignore this connection!) These messages are powerful PR for Israel, but as I'm sure you can imagine, telling the truth about Israel via such paid editorial messages is costly. Are you ready to join us? Here's the double payoff for making a donation to FLAME at this time: First, you help tell the truth about Israel in the media—something that's sorely needed if we're to maintain vital U.S. financial and political support of the Jewish state. Second, you can celebrate the upcoming holidays with even more joy in your heart, because you have done a mitzvah for Israel—a generous good deed appropriate to the season. That's why, if you're ready to take action against global jihad in Israel, the United States and worldwide, and if you've ever bemoaned Israel's "bad PR," I urge you to help FLAME with your financial support at this time. Just go to donate to help now. Please remember that the overwhelming majority of FLAME's financial support comes from individuals just like you. One by one, Jews, Christians and unaffiliated alike contribute generously to this noble cause—to help ensure that Israel survives. So whether you give $1,000 or $500 or $100 . . . or even $50 or $36 or $18—every donation is important—every dollar you contribute helps us keep telling the truth about the inspiring Jewish nation. Best of all, of course, your donation is tax-deductible. Won't you act now to make your donation online? Just go to donate now. Thanks in advance for your year-end generosity and your continued support of FLAME's good work. Best regards, Jim Sinkinson
